Pivoting the wedding day simply means we have adapted our strategic and tactical activations to embrace opportunities for couples who wish to marry in a Micro wedding way - introducing our "Micro Wedding” package.

With life celebrations and wedding activation restrictions lifted we have reviewed the current market requirements and incorporated an extension bespoke option as an alternative to the full wedding day which may also include your intimate reception as well as part of the Micro Ceremony experience if you so choose … another package advantage of a LUXE - FlexAction experience.

In response to the plethora of postponed wedding days across Australia (many that are still to be rescheduled) and with international travel still in a bit of a flux LUXE – Unforgettable Events (in partnership with our on the day delivery team partners) will plan, style and deliver your micro wedding ceremony and reception in a unique way - your way without the exclusion of anyone that should be party to your day.

Your wedding ceremony can be delivered in the ceremony space or reception with the option of an interactive live-streamed wedding experience from your ceremony/reception location of choice to all of the guest list, no matter where they may be in the world, on your big day.

A unique alternative to the traditional wedding ceremony and reception extravaganza this package is a viable option for those seeking to move forward with their wedding day in an economical, intimate, chic and sophisticated way.

Micro Celebrations & Intimate Weddings

The ‘Intimate Weddings’ experience and Micro Celebrations are specifically designed for the convenience of couples who are looking to move forward with their celebration of choice or wedding day in a more economical way.

Although COVID restrictions have been lifted world wide, the economics of a wedding remain an important consideration for many couples regardless of the public health orders of the day.

Our ‘Micro Wedding Package’ is adaptable to accommodate changing implications to celebrations or the wedding delivery landscape.

Variations, additional elements and inclusions can be made on application to personalise the ‘Micro Wedding’ experience or ‘Life Celebration’ of choice.

The broadcast quality live streaming mobile unit at Award Winning Media is a factored part of our ‘Micro Weddings’ package activation and is not a stand alone service offered at LUXE – Unforgettable Events.

Intimate Weddings or Micro Life Celebrations at LUXE – Unforgettable Events are packaged and are inclusive of our planning, styling and coordination team plus the wedding industry professional suppliers and vendors as featured on this page including but not limited to: Award Winning Media (Live Streaming), Butchers Daughter (Cake, Decors, Florals), LuXe Life Celebrations (Celebrant) and TP Wedding Photography.

This inclusive package features the core element's necessary for an unforgettable micro wedding day experience… all you have to do is choose your location of choice for your ceremony and or reception and let us do the rest.

All Micro Wedding activations are subject to the availability of all package suppliers on your preferred date.

If you require the live streaming component only please be advised we do not provide this as a standalone service at LUXE – Unforgettable Events, however if this is the only element of our inclusive Micro wedding package that you actually require you are able to contact the live streaming service directly - link is in the supplier logo on this page at Award Winning Media.

Your Micro Wedding Experience or Life Celebration will be planned, styled and activated on the day, your way including planning, styling, celebrant services and the delivery elements as per our terms and conditions for our Micro wedding or life celebration.

While additional elements may be added to the ‘Micro Wedding Experience’ including a deluxe 'Picnic Box' for the wedding party and guests at a ceremony only experience or extensive catering options for a micro wedding reception all remain subject to availability of our service and our industry partners.

Micro Weddings are capped at 40 pax inclusive of the wedding party.
