As part of our COVID-19 Safe social distancing and our operational policy all wedding and event day activations are currently subject to the standing NSW and Federal Governments ‘public health orders of the day’ - any postponements or cancellations required under the Public Health Orders (PHO’s) will be rescheduled by availability of all parties to the delivery of the day and by express agreement by all moving forward.
Every effort will be made to promptly reschedule any unavoidable postponement as a consequence of the PHO’s however LUXE – Unforgettable Events employees and partners in contract remain held harmless as to the ever changing impacts of this ‘force majeure’.
Our Risk Management Policy recognises the additional challenges that we all face fundamentally and operational during the COVID-19 world wide pandemic and our first priority remains the health and safety of our valued clients, their guests, our collaborative industry delivery partners and our LUXE – Unforgettable Events team.
